What is your favorite HEALTHY munchie food?

Greek yogurt with granola in it is good stuff, though I'm not sure it it qualifies as a munchie food.

Wow I have never seen those in the states, but since I am gluten free I would LOVE those!!

I second the carrots dipped in hummus. I like to make my own hummus and make it SUPER spicy, too! I like to dip carrots in Greek yogurt, too. :D

I also like sugar free popsicles! Mmmmmm....

ask andi about it but there can often be gluten up in dem oats is cuz the farmers grow wheat and oats side by side...if youre not hyper sensitive its probably not a problem but still might want to ask andi about it she has all the informations.

i found these flaxseed tortilla chips that have a really low salt content and are organic and taste great

the packet is so much heavier than normal chips like kettle and whatnot so it lasts a while aswell

big pic of them

i ate all that salted meat yesterday and i can still feel the aftereffects of it in my mouth :D

Anything with sun-dried tomatoes! Or just sundried tomatoes themselves (:

Has to be raw unsalted Nuts for me, of any sort. I usually get this mixed bag of almonds, brazils, walnuts, hazelnuts etc.

Or a banana and apple.

Or a wholemeal salad roll.

- 1/2 oz almonds.
- protein shake.
- a carrot.
- a cliff bar.

More later, great thread!

Edit: Ooooh... for those of you who like broccoli with cheese, have you ever tried it with fresh lemon juice? A healthier alternative, and it's delicious!

Yes I have, Yummy! I love broccoli, I eat it almost every day.

I can only it with with melted cheddar cheese or american. I can eat it boiled/steamed it has to have salt, and pepper on it.
my favorite way to eat broccoli is dipping the steamed broccoli into queso dip using chopsticks. lol entertainment while i eat healthy. :) good stuff
I've tried eating it raw, and I guess it isn't for me.

my favorite healthy snack now is celery, with peanut butter and raisins. my mom used to make it for me when i was a kid, and called it ''ants on a log''.
it takes a little time to make a plate full, so thats the one downside when i'm realllyyyy hungry.
