Why do whole foods not rival a supplement? I'm not trying to be mean or start an argument--I truly don't know the answer, 'cause I've always heard that supplements aren't always the best as it depends on the manufacturer, blah blah blah... Though with foods, it depends on the soil it was grown in, how it was grown, blah blah blah... ...Did I just answer my own question?They don't.
