Amazing how pain triggers sweat, isn't it? I remember experiencing acute bladder pain, from overdoing ketamine, while lying on the kitchen floor. When the episode ended (thank fuck for 10mg of oxycodone, from a friend), there was an image of how I was lying, in condensed sweat, on the lino. Like a watery version of the chalk line drawn around a body.
I really don't know how some people continued doing stupid amounts of ket, after a warning like that...

This is very good advice. Stool softeners 100% for opiod constipation. Hope someone reads and remembers this incase it ever happens to them. Stimulant laxatives (the most common laxatives used) will make opiod constipation far worse and can cause you serious injuery when you're that blocked up
Laxido is a sugar alcohol laxative which can help. It's cheap and easily available
I recommend milk of magnesia - an old school, very hardcore, stool softener laxative. Milk of magensia wil literally take out everything and make the misery over much quicker. It is very intense though. Milk of magnesia is what you take after the ofther stuff hasnt worked and you don't want to call an ambulance

None of the many different OTC laxative options really worked for me consistently during my opiate phase. I remember once straining, sweating, and going red in the face for a long time, struggling to pass what felt like must surely be the size of a concrete asteroid.
What eventually came out was the size of an acorn!
You can imagine my disappointment.
Stims and cigs seemed to agitate my colon enough to help with this problem, and got things moving. Although even then I might have known it was bad HR. Someone on here told me that if they'd gotten into the state I was in, needing stims just to take a shit, that they would knock it all on the head.
That may have been one of the factors that helped me turn the corner on opiates.

Movicol will empty you out with zero compassion. It has a kind of scorched earth mentality.
It definetely will if you take alot of it lol. Sugar alcohols are ruthless. I remember reading a review for diabetic sugar free sweets on Amazon. They made haribos with sugar alcohols as the sweetner. As you can imagine, people eating them like sweets lead to brutal results. The reviews were some pure gold comedy :
Have you considered magnesium supplementation? May sound like something estoeric or a soft suggestion but bear with me hre.
Stimulants, cigarettes and opiods all drain your body's magensium reserves. It is very hard to test for low magnesium as the body will prioritise filling up the blood with it. Magnesium is stored in your bones. Once you've burnt it all up you'll feel like shit constantly and ironically the fastest way to get some relief from the constant pain in your bones is exciting the calcium-glutamate pathway that depleted all your magnesium by using addictive drugs that excite this pathway and burn up even more magensium
One of the reasons I recommend milk of magensia is it gives you a massive amount of magesnium at the time you are so chronically depleted. By putting magensium in your body will recover from chronic abuse of drugs WAY faster than without magensium
Personally I was using ZMA supplements for bodybuilding. Bodybuiders take alot of magensium to try and build muscles. I suffered noticeably less than my non bodybuilding friends did. I put it down to me being in top shape from weightlifting but in reality I suffered less due to not having the common massive nutritonal deficiencies that most chronic substance users develop rapidly. Chronic drug use causes severe health problems in part because it drains the body of the things it needs to funciton properly and most people don't replace these nutrients at the same rate their habits burn through them

Ever tried sodium picosulphate? That shit is evil. I'd rather suffer the effects of constipation than the extreme stomach cramps caused by that stuff when it kicks in.

Tbh cocaine in every single route of administration feels different. Iving coke is like a Hammer of dopamine straight to your brain in 5 seconds. It feels like your dying, u go deaf,can feel the semi chemical organic taste of cocaine In the back of your throat. The rush feels amazing for 3 mins, then at 15 mins u coming down and feel like shit so u have to Repeat. And u keep Repeating 10-30 times depending on hoe much coke u got. It's mad shit, destroys ur veins so fast and I've had 3 grand mal seizures cause of that. I'd advice against it, even smoking crack is saber than that. I'm not saying crack is good btw, just thst iv is far worse than smoking. Don't do coke altogether. Shit drug.

Just been reminded, by a mate I've known since junior school, of me and Karen, my first partner, going to see 'Porky's!', at the cinema, while off our tits on mushrooms. We didn't realize that the one serious bit of the film, where racists drop a figure representing the Native American lad, playing Romeo, to a caucasian Juliet, onstage, at the end of a hangman' noose. We hadn't a fucking clue what was going on and burst into fits of hystetical laughter. It took a few seconds before we were aware no one else was laughing, but were all staring at us.
