Sub lingual is the best an only way if u have suboxone. u have to wait till ur feeling moerate opiate w's to take the suboxoxne.

yeah if u take it orally it will make u feel nasty.

It sounds like you took the sub too early. If you are not in W/D already, suboxone will precipitate the withdraws in you as your brains receptors swap out the heroin for the bupe. I usually get by with no precipitated withdraws after eight hours, but some people take longer, it all depends on the body's metabolism. You want to be in physical discomfort before taking it, but you don't have to wait too long.
You can use the Clinical Opiate Withdraw Scale, or COWS worksheet, and score 10 or more, and know you're OK to take the subs.

uhhh they are designed to be taken subligually...
and to the OP...pretty much the ONLY (atleast the most common) reason you would not feel better after taking it is what the above posters mentioned.

you have to wait 12-24 hours after your last oxy dose
24-36 after your last h dose

Those numbers are incorrect. It's going to be different for each person, so use the COWS scale. I personally have no problem using suboxone 8-12 hours after IV heroin. It's not going to be the same for everyone, and I'm probably on the shorter end of the required duration. But heroin is going to be out of the system faster than oxycodone in most scenarios.

if I am wrong, the person ends up suffering for a few extra hours before taking their bupe, and probably feels SPECTACULAR once they dose
if you are wrong, the person goes into fucking HELL precipitated withdrawals (which at 8hr they will) and probably ends up having to buy more dope just to feel OK lol
8-12hr may work for you for heroin...but I like to air on the side of caution considering I have gotten prec. withdrawal at 20h after my last dose of H. This is a harm reduction board, telling people to dose 8 hours after their h dose..yeahhh thats smart.
But yeah...obviously there is no set answer, the most accurate way like the poster said is to score your self on the cows scale.

Hey everybody....I am glad that I found out about this site, a lot of helpful info...
I was on 310 ml of methadone for about 3 years because of my heroin addiction i would never get off of such a high dose on my own, "good" thing happened I got locked up...short story even shorter, I was sick for over 3 month, and I mean fucked up...I got out after doing 15 month and told myself that i will never put me thru this pain ever again.....and plus I am on parole so I get tested for opiads and coke...but not for benzos, so I started to take xanax about 3 bars a day which is 6 ml...after about one week I had a habbit and was dopesick....now xanax doesn't even do nothing anymore I really wanna stop but I cant , having bad WD.....so I dont wanna go back to methadone program, because than I would really never get off....I bought 125 ml of methadone of the street and took a cap yesterday and another cap today. its working, but I really dont wanna get hooked on meth....so I also bought some suboxin, but didnt take any yet.....I really dont know what to do, I wanna be clean again.....I would lock myself up at home and kick it, but I am working....anybody please help me with some kind of advise.......and is suboxin addictive as well...?
