What is the best way to cover up the smell of smoking heroin?

Hey guys, so I am a heroin addict who exclusively smoked black tar heroin. I just got a new roommate who I really like and I’m scared he is going to smell the smell of me smoking black tar. Does anyone have any suggestions? I finally found a good roommate and I have no idea how to explain the smell if her were to ask about it. I have been using fabreeze but I’m paranoid it won’t be enough. Please help
Edit: I just remembered, I had a friend that would use an ionizer. Does anyone have any experience with that? It says that smoke is one of the things that it helps with. I just don’t think that they had this particular smoke in mind.

That would be the best way. This is a harm reduction site.

This also isn’t a “I’m gonna ramble endlessly about guns because I’m a scared little child inside” site, but hey what are you gonna do?
There’s no way you would have even commented on this post if you hadn’t been butthurt about the comments on the other post.
 
i smoke weed and am about to move to smoke free housing... i've been testing smoking with a "Smoke Buddy" carbon filter that you can get on amazon. they seem to eat smoke for like 100-150 hits for like 20 bucks a device, then you replace after 150 hits...
i honestly don't know if it works. i can take a hit and blow it into the device in areas where my mom is about to come in the room, and my mom supposedly doesn't notice the smoke. i don't know what the deal is with that.. seems like it might be a good device, but maybe my mom is just blind to the smell or fucking with me not telling me or something.

i dunno, smoke buddy might be a good device. it's pretty easy to blow most of the smoke into it and there is like legit no smoke in the air.

 
ehh.. that vid shows a kid hitting a huge bong rip and using a smoke buddy and you can't see any smoke in the air, if you can't get to that video.. i dunno, it's pretty convincing that the product is at least decent.

Try ozium. It’s been around for years. I learned growing up it’s what my dad used to smoke weed in the house and spray with. It attacks the enzymes and bacteria that cause the smell. I got my last bottle at dollar general several months back. Wal mart has it to. If I remember correctly they keep it by the car stuff for some reason. They also have a website. It’s inexpensive and you don’t need much of it to work.
 
I've only ever smelt heroin once and that was on a bus ,the guy at the back was burning it on tinfoil.
I don't remember there being much of an aroma wafting through the bus .
But I did smell a slight sweet smell,would that be right ?
 
Seeing chasing the dragon in films etc and just from the way it's done on open tinfoil seems a waste as surely some of the smoke would dissipate away from toot/inhaler
I'm just thinking you wouldn't smoke weed like that
But I'm totally naive about heroin ,but would be intresting to know

Heroin must be vaporized actually so the foil gets hot and the heroin boils. IDK any other way I haven’t actually tried heroin ever but know from friends , maybe a vaporiser would work better ?

Yeh just seems some of the smoke that you want to inhale disappears in the air

I've had the same issue when I moved back in with my parents, we have Afghan Heroin in The UK which has quite a smell, the issue is after a while you forget how strong & unique it smells. I had several times when my mom would knock & then come in & I had been smoking Heroin & she would ask "What the hell have you been smoking in here for Fuck sake!!!!!"
All I can say to you is what I learned, option 1 is to blow the smoke down your top or into a bundle of socks, it breaks up the smoke & it does still smell but it's not as bad.

Option 2 is to blow it right out a window or if you are on the bed blow it into the matress or down the sheets, sadly smoking gear WILL have a smell you cannot stop it 100% & the best you can do is to try & break up the smoke so the smell is also broken up.

Using stuff like fabreeze or spraying aftershave around the place will only make people VERY SUSPECT of what you been upto & brings heat on you.

I guess this person never used any good opiates, it's not that easy to just stop using Heroin, the addict tends to have issues sleeping, has horrific pain in their body, cannot eat or drink as any food / liquid is rejected from the mouth & anus with extreme potency & violence.

I guess this person never used any good opiates, it's not that easy to just stop using Heroin, the addict tends to have issues sleeping, has horrific pain in their body, cannot eat or drink as any food / liquid is rejected from the mouth & anus with extreme potency & violence.

Yeah this guy is nuts. I posted this 2 and a half months ago and he tried to throw it in my face a couple days ago. I think you saw that actually. The same thread where he joked about shooting addicts. At this point everyone knows his M.O. He antagonizes people then plays the victim and takes over the whole thread then deletes his posts so it looks like he didn’t do anything and you’re attacking him. I’m fully expecting him to bombard this post now that it’s active again.

Smoking it in the bathroom below the extractor fan I guess would be pointless as most fans unless powerfull inline fans can barely hold a single sheet of toilet roll onto grill
Although a decent inline fan would def solve problem
Just to lighten the mood a lady customer asked my old journey man if the new inline fan would be sufficient for size of bathroom and he replied " Jesus I, it will sook the hairs out your arse when your havin a shite"

I got an air purifier. It was advertised to be specifically helpful for smokers. Cigarettes are pretty goddamn stinky. One of the strongest actually. So I’m hoping it works. It’s been like 2 months and he hasn’t said anything and we hang out and chill.
