You don't have to set your life in stone now and then that's it forever. This isn't your last chance before you have to settle down and buy a house and shit. You don't need to plan for the future.
The ability to make decisions regarding your own life is freedom. It's not the other way round. For your entire life people have been telling you what to do. Now you get to decide. And it is your decision.
But you asked for advice, and I've given it to you out of love. I have no other motivations. I am not your mother. I don't want to rule your life. I just want to help you not to make a mistake.
If you buy a house, you can sell it. If you go to university, you can defer or quit if you want. Nothing is permanent. The world is your oyster.
