they say when you cook vegetables or freeze them it ruins the nutrients... is that true bluelight?

So some nutrients will be destroyed while others will become more bioavailable.
This is why it’s good to have a mix of a fresh and cooked foods in your life. But preferably our bodies like cooked food since it’s more broken down.
