Ok so ive been on a diet for about a month. Ive been eating nothing but fish and chicken for the most part. Untill Saturday or Sunday comes and I get this crazy craving for some pizza (normally a whole pizza). I know that I am pretty much gaining back any wieght that was lost during the week but for some reason I cnat break this cycle so I have 2 questions
1. what is or was your cheat food of choice
2. how did you break the habit of eating that food once or twice a week
