what fictional character is fucked up on what substance?

and all the hobbits from lord of the rings are pot heads why do you think they all like to smoke so much pipe weed

I loved listening to Bob Ross and his painting stylings. I could take hits of that smooth soft mellow voice. God rest his soul between tiny little bushes by a bubbling brook...he' is dead isn't he?

The plutonians from ATHF, that episode where the green one cracks out the little baggie and goes "Hey man, chill out, just have some more of this" and then the orange one goes "No, too much today!". They were hearing creepy noises coming from upstairs at the time and getting real paranoid :)

lol , dont forget homer is an alcoholic. Lisa is definatly a meth head, how else can she get such good grades in school?/always needs to be at school and on time?. Marge is also a meth head. she cleans and does too much shit around the house. their house is clean as fuck.
 
i was watchin fresh prince of bel air today and will, carlton, and william shatner all got fucked up on nitrous at the dentist office.... and of course, hilarity ensued
 
When they show Willy Wonka on the tamer channels they often cut out the trippy tunnel scene.

Whenever I watch Aqua Teen Hunger Force or Spaceghost, it reinforces my belief that the writers smoke lots of pot. Same goes with Sifl & Olly. Or basically any show I watch the first time and think "what the fuck? this is lame" but find strangely compelling after five or so episodes.
 
Well you guys seem to have focused entirely on cartoon characters. The first fictional character that comes to mind for me is Cage from Neuromancer by William Gibson. Great book, he is a tweaker, and a dealer (of basicly everything). If you are into dark drug-riddled sci-fi check out some of Gibsons stuff (except the one abount the turing machine - boring).

Watching Aqua Teen Hunger Force always inforces my beleif that the creators are BIGTIME STONERS, not to mention dabbling in other stuff too. I remember watching 'The Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past' with all the strange lights, long ranting sequences, smoke illusions, and a hefty dose of shrooms had me convinced that they made that episode specifically for people who are tripping.

My favorite stoner character would have to be Brad Pitt in True Romance. He's a good guy that just likes to sit around, smoke tons of weed, and talk with his friends. (similar to myself) He was even cool with all the gangsters and they didn't fuck with him at *all*, he even offered em a hit! Pitts a pimp.

Wasn't there also an episode where Will had some speed pills and Carlton took them for some reason, and he was spun out of his mind?
