What exactly is in "new" Spice?

Hey everybody, long time dweller here, first time post.

My local head shop had a replacement for Spice the day after the old stuff was made illegal on the 25th of last December. I recently had the opportunity to try it, but I would very much like to know: what chemicals are they using now?

With the old JWH compounds I was able to find a fair bit of information online, but I have no idea what chemical is being used now. Any ideas? I'd like to look it up as this new chemical has some very weird side effects for me, including a scary effect on my blood pressure that puts me on the edge of fainting nearly every time I stand up after indulging.

I've tried using the search engine but with not much luck. I know there are plenty of synthetic cannabinoids that are still legal so it might be hard to pinpoint what is being used now.

The most common now will be AM-2201 (basically not a cannabinoid, it does activate the receptors but it can make you trip like DMT for 4 hours straight if you smoke a lot) and JWH-250 which is good anyway, it was one of the most fun cannabinoids before the ban and since it's still not banned a lot of blends are using it.

And that side effect you described is basically a symptom of nothing. I have orthostatic hypotension and I've passed out after standing up before, nothing bad comes of it as long as you're not stupid enough to lay down for 24 hours straight then jump up on a tile floor...

If you can find any sites that say there's AM-2201 in their product, for fuck sake, don't use it. People have had severe reactions such as not being able to breathe when they inhale it.

CP just means its in the Pfizer catalogue of compounds they've created and copyrighted.

do you mean the CP pfizer cannabinoids?
you could mean the pfizer opiates? as they technically begin CP too. :P

nevermind me bro im just being a smartass :D
just saying in case someone reads that and sees some CP xx,xxxx or whatever for sale,
thinks all compounds beginning with CP are synthetic cannabinoids and ends up with something like Carfentanil or similar.

not a pfizer one but you get what im trying to say.

Wouldn't the other JWH's be an analogue of the ones that are banned, therefore making them illegal?

Nope. Most of them have a very different structure. I'd say there's about 5-10 in a group that would all be analogues, but then none of the other ones would be analogues.

JWH-250 is the most common non-analogue, it doesn't have a napthalene ring.

I've been a smoker of spice for a few months now (I'm getting drug tested by my dad). I must say, the new spice they have is VERY dank... Sometimes I prefer it to weed because it gives a heavier buzz.. :D

There aren't any REAL spice products still as far as I know. There's only K2 and a ton of private brands.

And anyway, there is no ONE manufacturer for even huge brands like K2 and Spice, it's all a bunch of people buying the same herbs as each other and spraying the same chemicals on it.

:D If carefentanil became available anywhere people would be dropping like flies from handling it improperly/smelling it/absorbing it through fingertips, much less using it.

The kind of bicycle day that no one wants to experience. heh.

I've always wondered if any big animal biologist has diverted a super strong bentley compound and diluted it or something. I can't even believe to think what it would be like with a sedating amount for an elephant of the stuff.

In my town, street dealers have been selling "K 12" (JWH 018 ). Super easy to make, and they make it potent.

I'm going to smoke it to get clean urine as I job-hunt.

:p

BTW, Do you think that JWH-018 is being tested for in pre-employment screens?

I might call a few testing companies in my area and ask for what all is tested. Thoughts?

I don't think anyone but the military and certain probation departments are having testing done for JWH-018 in urinalysis.

Drug testing questions aren't allowed.

Simple response though, regular drug screen "dip stick" tests are unlikely to screen for it.

Advanced tests which identify all compounds in urine/blood using GC/MS testing can do it easily. Most companies won't pay for this. As mentioned the military may very well do it.
