What drugs have you ruined?

Wasn't quite sure where to post this, but here goes.

What drugs have you used up; abused til no value is left?
My example: DXM - Tonight I dosed 850mg and am teetering around first plateau

What substances have lost their appeal to you, due to high tolerance, and/or reckless dosing?

If possible, please explain the extent of your use, as in, how much, and how often.
 
DXM - lost it's pleasure after a 3 week bender
Opiates - Every since I took SSRI's and Suboxone, I have not been able to obtain that wonderful opiate high again, even with very long breaks (6+ months). I only feel the sedation and side effects, barely any euphoria. I don't know if it was the suboxone or SSRI's that did it, but ever since I took SSRI's, no drug has really been "pleasurable" to me. Sucks balls.
MDMA - Probably also due to SSRI's, feels like im coming up hard and about to roll balls then nothing, even with tested pills/powder.
 
Weed. Like a lot of people, I was a daily weed smoker for years and then it turned on me. Now I get horrible anxiety, paranoia and rapid heart rate from it to the point I avoid it altogether. Would love to know the scientific/medical reason behind this, as I've heard sooo many others say the same thing.

Other than that, I haven't permanently ruined anything (nor did I think that was possible). Tolerance always goes back down if you wait long enough, though it may never be "as good" as the first time.

Exactly what she said. Although....I can smoke like a champ if there is other substances involved. If it's just pot tho, I have massive anxiety attacks.
 
Weed. My early twenties way have been my happiest years...drug wise. Smoke a bowl, have a beer and watch sitcoms. It was just perfect. But after a few years I started to go crazy. Totally psycho. Now I do weed every now and then, but it´s always the same. Not really having fun, I just get stoned till I nearly pass out. Sucks.

Speed...but only because this drug sucks and I just cant stand the high anymore. I dont know why I liked it so much back then.
 
I predict a move to Drug Culture.

Benzos. (Huge tolerence after one or two doses - back in the day this wasn't even a thought)
 
MDMA, Crack, Weed, Benzos, Alcohol...hmmm im sure im missing something. I tend to ruin stuff.
 
i don't think i've really ruined any drugs..
except certain alcoholic beverages for sure..
definitely no moonshine again.
and bad things also happened when i drank bacardi 151..
so none of that.

i wouldn't ever take klonopin again.
or methadone.
i lied.
i definitely ruined methadone.
 
This is not OD material but I'll send this over to drug culture, I really like this thread OP!

I've ruined: MDMA, cocaine, IVing in general, Benzodiazepines, oh how I've ruined benzodiazepines...
 
IV'ing opiates in general.. I am so over it.. Wish I never would have used a needle to begin with.
 
MDMA, Coke, and now crystal is starting to seem like it; I can get high, but I have to use like a few points to get a decent high, and I use maybe once or twice a month tops.

Thanks; oddly, talking about it makes it easier to accept and move past my fixation on the chemical.
I hope that it can be at least as helpful to others.

To add to my list, I would say i've ruined Dimenhydrinate, and Diphenhydramine as well. My 2C-x tolerance is sky high as well, due to some 2C binges.


Side note, I'm so so scared to lose what intricacies weed still has; I am afraid to smoke it too often.
 
Alcohol- I don't drink line a fish cuz I have a normal outside job from march to November and 6 days a week I'm up at 530 so I l don't want a hangover. From November to march I'm doing leaf/snow removal with my brother in law but I live with my sister who is 1 year from clean and doesn't want me to do anything but weed or I'm out. I can give up alcohol but I crave oxy all the time cuz I used to get 20-30 15s every 3 weeks and 50 norcos once a month from 2 people that get scripts. I can hide oxy cuz I l only got it twice from my mom cuz she was down here and my back and shoulder are acting up ( I got knots in my back and I saw a doctor and was prescribed 40 5mg roxis and then lost my health insurance so I'm In pain a lot when I work) but with alcohol I can't hide it. So no alcohol, no one to get oxy from but I think my sister and brother in law no someone with weed so as long as I got weed I should be alright

Edit: coke. Tried it once but probably didn't have good coke cuz I got it from a Mexican who was my friend but at the time had a coke problem. I only did it to experiment but I haven't tried it again and won't

Xanax: will never buy more then 3 footballs at a time now. I always black out and act dumb and my parents always called me out. I'm over that

Crown black: always black out even if I drink the same amount of regular crown. I renamed if to crown black out but now I stick to regular crown if I drink

And speaking of coke, "blow" just started on FX
