Alcohol (6 beers on Sunday)
Nicotine (3 or 4 'drags' (3 hits/puffs/whatever) and one whole smoke)
Caffeine (just Coca-Cola, and 1 or 2 teas, no coffee/energy drinks)
Zopiclone (legit for sleep/prescription)
That's it! Doing pretty well but not 100% according to plan, oh well, technically Zopiclone is ALL I should have had in the past week, and even that was unexpected, I'm supposed to be on no drugs but I figure if I'm gonna do any, those three are probably the best options.
