well, the past month or so has been a wee bit of a bender...but this week has been:

alprazolam(xanax)

and that's about it.

Also, when I woke up this morning, I found a bowl with pineapple slices and butterscotch pudding in it with a clean spoon sitting right next to it, as if I must have completely forgot about that godawful concoction. A bit too much Xanax, eh?
