PHarma grade coke? How is that shit?
I take speed paste and analized last week and it was 30% amphet 70%caffeine. Is this normal?
Man thats a stash! I crave slamming coke! Theres 2 years of coke clean. Its very hard when IVed. Almost die of an IV coke overdose...

Well it‘s near pharm grade, purified by professionals and several steps ahead of a simple acetone wash. Imo it feels a bit like a different drug. No smell, no sensation upon insufflation and hardly any (instant) side effects. Le Junks description is very accurate.
The best drug checking result I submitted was 975mg cocaine hcl/1000mg. I also noticed that off the brick +-85% is in most cases worse than +-85% purified batches.

30% amphetamine content is pretty high according to drug checking history.

I don‘t know opioids very well but this batch is truly something special. Nothing comes close. It has the most natural, cozy and warm blanket encompassing feeling I am aware of. No oxy, hydro, dozen other #3 batches, #4…
I wonder if it‘s the composition of Diacetylmorphine and natural occuring alkaloids/byproducts when crudely synthesized in the country of origin.
 
My Meekly Stash, 9/8/2024:

  • TONS of flower. I'm talking several ounces. Granted this is Not MY weed, it's primarily for my boyfriend and his dad to partake in but I'm allowed also 👍 I believe it is indica-dom hybrid, as well as some sativa-dom.
  • 60mg Delta 8 + HHC + THCP Gummies, around 17 left total.
  • Some 20-25mg D9+D8 Cookie Bite Edibles, around 5 left.
  • 1 Pill of Adderall, however getting my refill in a few days...
  • some Trileptal 300mg Pills
  • A few Abilify 20mg Pills.
Getting around 275mg 3-HO-PCE tmrw, along with a milligram scale tho.
Hoping I can get some bromonordiazepam soon also? We'll see.

Has dihydrocodeine a good high? It was the first drug to combat opium WD. That I took 20 years ago. It was OTC but it disapeared from the pharmacies.

But I took small doses so I dont know if its similar to morphine or another opioid

Is there anything recreational about aripiprizole? I have a friend on the shit and it's genuinely depressing to see the side effects from just 5 MG.

Hey friend, just wanted to suggest you talk to your doctor about getting on a TD med that isn't an antimuscinaric, or anticholinergic more broadly.
Benztropine (and other tropanes) is extremely unsafe to use with ANY other anticholinergic drug, and puts you at HIGH risk of falls, blackouts, brain damage, and memory loss.
As soon as you can, talk to your doctor about switching that, and pay close mind to the other drugs you take. All of the drugs I didn't remove from the top part are at least somewhat anticholinergic. They all have scores of one or two (three for mirtazepine) on the ACB (anticholinergic cognitive burden) calculator (please use this). You can put the drugs in at different times and add them all together. Any score above three puts you at high risk. I'd say you're easily at a six or seven. Antipsychotics are also strongly anticholinergic.

I take it that bigger score is less anticholinergic? Mirtazapine should not be particularly strong in this regard. It seems like mAch is 670 ki, and nicotinic has not been mentioned in wikipedia

Nah not really!!! it helps my mood and psychosis symptoms extensively tho. i really like the medicinal effects but i know everyone and their mother hates antipsychotics LOL

Perhaps I was wrong. I thought lots of ramerons effects were mediated via cholinergic blocking activity. Regardless, I think dude still shouldn't take more choline blockers. Also, the higher the score. The worse. I may have been wrong about mirtazepine, though I know benztropine measures at 3.

it is weird, some people say mirtazapine is remarkably anticholinergic, some say it is not at all (that's not technically true, but the clinical relevance is different question when it seems to be so weak).

Yeah, I was just assuming as I had seen in multiple places on here that it's main MOA is Ach. I hadn't actually ran it through the calculator by that point. Turns out to only have a score of one. Thanks for the correction.
