We only have Equity-methadone here and they come in 60ml and 500ml. I’m prescribing 60mg a day, reason I get 2 big bottles to take home lol.

It’s a syrup that is 50% Levo methadone and 50%dextro methadone. It’s dosed at 2mg per ml. So the 60ml bottles are a waste for me hence 2x 500ml bottles.
