What drug subcultures do you least like?

^certainly was not trying to say that. it all has a physical basis, even your love for your mother. a lsd user would spout some nonsense about "creation through destruction" or something along those lines, but any physical changes to the CNS induced by recreational drugs are bad news bears in my book.
 
gangster drunks. Drink themselves until they recess into a child's mind, and break steal and harm as much as possible. Then not give a shit in the morning 'cuz they're fucking hard gangsters.

I was trying to figure out how they can be happy and live with themselves. Figured they had the secret key to happiness. I guess they do, actually. Never think and never regret and never hold back.

What specifically makes any CNS change 'bad news'? Is any experience damaging or is there some specific problem with that particular catalyst?



Anyhow drug subcultures I hate.....umm loads have already been mentioned and I've had a right giggle reading through but I've also blushed up plenty knowin I am also guilty of most of those practices meself at one time or another at least :P

But yeah, People who talk all spiritual guff and are all hippy and mystic about it, they do my head in because I'm a soulless, Godless hater :D

Overall though I mostly hate drug forum noobs who ramble off topic and need to learn to just fucking ANSWER THE QUESTION! 8(*stares at self*8(

there is something wrong with that particular catalyst. you want synaptic pruning because your body is becoming more efficient in response to the stimuli in your everyday environment, not because you dosed and partied real hard last weekend. not "any change," but "any change induced by recreational drug use."
 
can not stand drunk people when i'm sober, and anybody with an addiction or habit that they just can't admit.

I think the sentence would sit more comfortably with me had 'recreational drug use' been replaced with 'drug abuse'. I dunno, I just feel that responsible and restrained use of many psychoactives are actually beneficial or at the very least not harmful. I'm not preaching here my drug use certainly isnt always responsible and restrained but I know plenty folks who do and I think it's a shame that such experiences should be discouraged, condemnable, made criminal even...

We are ripping on drug cultures here. *I know this thread is somewhat of a colder hearted thread than the ones we normally have in DC, but you still have to be respectful -thizzer* Shit, to be honest, i might even eat a piece of crazy paper from time to time. I certainly don't think it's good for my brain though.

Sometimes the jamband scene really pisses me off. I am a member, but I really can't stand the people who get so fucked up at shows that they fall all over themselves and run into everyone else. There seems to be a distinct lack of respect for personal boundaries in that subculture.
 
People who think it's ok to K-hole when you're out and about. Save the dissociatives for a nice chill at home. And stop leaning on me.

meth and crack heads. Not a whole lot of experience with the meth scene, but everyone ive hung out with while on meth is a fucking pain in the ass. Blabbering on and on and rarely being able to keep up a rational conversations, the topic is always jumping all over the place. crack is almost even a worse scene, and drug. ive been to a couple crack hangouts and its seriously one of the most fucked up places ive been to. crack is also a shit drug, a 30 second high that leaves you craving like nothing else ive ever experienced. so these fucking crack heads are constantly fiending. at least do some fucking powder, it doenst last that long either but its more than half a minute.

i used to be a major stoner, smoking all day everyday, not i rarely smoke, and i realized how boring most stoners are. i still like em, but hanging out with them gets old pretty fast.

Some stoners piss me the hell off, especially ones who get ripped off by their dealer (without even knowing it) then try to pass it off to you. Plus the stuff they have is usually bunk or not even the right weight sometimes.

Oh yes and the one guy who gave me 'fish' to have - I asked the strain (as you all know) and he said "umm it's fish", stupid stoner. I kept telling him there's no strain called bloody fish but of course it went through one ear and puffed out the other lol.
