What Drug is your City known for?

Funny you should say that- I'm also from the area, and while crack is biggest, H isn't far behind. Take a stroll down grand ave, and you'll see syringes and H-baloons littering the street. They even have a church-funded needle exchange van that goes through various heroin 'hoods that supplies clean water and cottons, etc. I personally have a new group of H dudes that deliver. I have even found Dallas tar to be higher quality than NYC yellow or DC white. My only guess is that its less stomped on because its straight outta mexico. We have dozens of M-done clinics and signs around the city for safe syringe disposal. Also have seen several billboards showing the 3-step process on how to bleach your works. So yes, D-town and even alot of suburbs-(i.e. plano, grapevine, euless, arlington) are become heroin hotbeds.

Oh- forgot to mention the biggest thing... Dallas is the original inventor of "cheese heroin" (kiddie heroin, heavy cut and targeted torward school children). Pushers here appearantly want the 12-year olds to get hooked early so they will move up to real tar soon. Fact- in the Dallas school district, something like 28 (mostly middle school kids) have died from this "cheese heroin". According to news, this "cheese" bullshit is spreading across the country.

lol there are seriously billboards in Dallas showing how to clean out rigs? Thats a new one
 
Let me clarify- the "billboards" are really painted signs (about the side of billboards) painted on the side of buildings in bad area. The title "Hep C- its in your works" :)

I was in the wheeler neighborhood of Houston, tx not long ago, and I saw the same public service ads... I wonder if other cities have these signs, and/or the bright red needle disposal boxes (kinda looks like a post box).

haha ok I thought you meant like a huge billboard you see off the freeway showing you how clean out rigs. I was like how the fuck could that happen in a conservative state like Texas lol
 
halifax- dilaudid - oxy, percocet etc. IS "there" but the vast majority is dilaudid. kind of lucky for junkies.but expensive. ive found since trying heroin that dilaudid is suddenly awesome, and oxy seems useless...

also weed, E, and coke/crack like everywher else on the planet

benzos areused for comedowns and calmdowns but not recreationally. its easy to get them prescribed
 
i live in cleveland and crack and weed are the only drugs u can find really easily on the street. u can get heroin on the street too, but crack seems to be the most common.

I used to live in Huntsville, AL...

Coke/crack (not my cup of tea, but it's everywhere), weed, and pharms mainly. Heroin and fentanyl got kinda popular right before I left, and there have always been a ton of pressed ecstasy pills, but they turned to shit years ago...
 
Tar and Meth.. Also ex and coke. What can I say its crazy here.

If I had to put it in an order though.. Hmm... I'd say...

That order is just putting it by how often you will see the drugs in a social environment. Not necessarily raw availability.

Lots of drugs here. Ex is very popular in the club environment. Most clubs you go to here, everyone is obviously rolling hard.
 
Although not my town per se, its only a 20 min drive away is Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The scene there is crazier than the platzspitz of Zurich in the 80s. I've posted some of this info in foereign drug scenes. Seldom other than TJ you will ever find such a hive of scum and villany:

In TJ all kinds of different drugs are available like cocaine, heroin, cannabis, and methamphetamine. Lots of pharms too and ketamine. One can also find the top shell barbituate, Nembutal!!!;)

As many possibly have heard, as of fri, aug 21, 2009, a law went into effect decriminalizing amounts of certaind drugs (for example- 5 grams or less of cannabis, 1/2 gram of cocaine, 40 mg of meth (I think), 15 ug of LSD (you heard right8)). My analysis is that it will cost you less money in terms of the obligatory fine for amounts deemed decriminalized for mexican nationals if you are a foreigner. Friendly harm reduction advice is never argue your rights with a mexican law enforcement official. If Calderon, you are told, is Obama's Chief of Staff, then that is the truth and what a fine job he is doing. Bring $100.00 for fines but don't offer it all at once or have it on you in the same place if you are getting and using drugs. Whats the point of adding this- TJ is the home of shady,scandolous drug deals involving cop participation. This is another thing the drug scene there is known for.

Cocaine is called coca or cocaina and rock is available (sometimes called roche- with an accent on end, not like the pharmaceutical company's name.

But speaking of that company, one of their big sellers, rohypnol, this is also available either via Rx or from laid back pharmacy without.

Heroin is called Chiva. There is a ave adjacent to the Tijuana River that is a center for the chiva scene.

Meth is Globitas. It is sold out in the open in many places. There are drug kiosks called "tiendenitas" were it can be found.

The "Zona Norte" is the part of TJ that has the largest open drug scene. This is also the center of prostitution in the city.

There was a bar (without saying which one) that was a block from a police station that was a thriving spot.

Avenida La Revolution- the main drag has tons of pharmacies and people trying to hustle you saying they know were to get vics, chiva, ect...Probably rip offs or busts is my guess.

Heard of E for sale in TJ and beach resort of Rosirito- Don't know about quality, probably bad.

The absinthe though relegalized in the US- you can get the stuff with high wormwood- my wife and I felt that this was the best way to experience the green fairy- as we experienced it the hi was E like. The EU crap tastes like sambuca and there is absolutely no difference in high from our opinion from regular sambuca.

There are wineries near Ensenada of mediocre quality in my opinion but good cuisine. Can get a nice resort in this valley, do the spa thing, smoke a real cuban cigar, and get a bunch of hard drugs to have an experience you would have a hard time replicating anywhere else. Have a leissurely meal, classic pairing of a local cabarnet and quail for dinner. Follow that with a fine brandy matched with a Cuban Cohiba or Trinidad puro. Finish it off with a dessert of smoked crystal (globitas) and nembutal- another classic pairing (amphetamines/ barbituates) or maybe some cocaina and chiva (heroin).

It used to be for pharms would have to get a dr- would pay and then got script. Would only usually get equivalent of schedule V-III US. But found a pharmacy near boarder that was selling all kinds of stuff without Rx. That place was still doing this as of 2006 last I checked. Now I think there are alot more places willing to sell without Rx. Even herd that Globitas was being slanged out of some.

Vet Pharmacies in Mex too- places to get Ketamine- Don't know if its still possible to get down there, though. Last I heard there were some kind of problems. And you can find nembutal!-used to euthanize pets:(

Pharms: I read somewhere on BL that 2/3 of the OC made in the US is shipped to TJ where it goes to pharmacias or is smuggled across the border. All kinds of benzos, vicodin, ect...

Lets not forget Ibogaine.;)%) If you have a trully successful sex and drug fueled (well atleast drug addled trip) save the 5 grand or whatever the going rate is to cure yourself from your newly aquired habit.8o

By the way, did I mention you can find Nembutal (pentobarbital)!!!%)%););):p:p:p

PCP isn't common but I heard it called "sherma" down there so its around.

San Jose, CA, 600 miles north, is the KJ capital of the world if you want PCP.;)

Even started thread but lots of people disagreed. Thing is it is a cottage industry that has managed to stay under the DEA radar. Historic scene though, so that is what the Silicon Valley is known for, phencyclidine.
