What drug gave you the best weight loss results

That had my metabolism on overdrive and its anxioretic [side effects] were in my experience inmense.
And I allready was just below BMI so suopressin the need to eat was unwanted.
that is true

Dextro-Amphetamine doesn t supress my appetite as MPH, and seems less at speeding up metabolism.
Gained weight on it ! Switching from MPH both normal therapeutic dosages.
Imo 10 mg MPH is not equal anorexic or speedy as 5 mg d-Amp, Equivalent dosage, So called, not.
MPH is irredic in Pharmakinetic s, Amp s not. So equivalence means little anyway.
yes amphetamine type are better but when here there are no in list of meds and the alternative is paste which we know is very low in the thing that it's being sold to be but high in a lot of shit

I just woke up like burning from idk but probably crash from Concerta the thing is it work great when you eat good at least before when you can and I always advice people to drink water to eat and thn I forget the f...thing to.!

Maybe but as excaption of the rule i gain weight,
if i daily take about 25 mg dextro-Amphetamine a day spread out.

Loosing weight is not s hard be active [not over] and cut food s that are not food.
Or are but taken when not in need. Thats at least a start.

Actually the same goes when underweight.
Only then it would end .... when in need,
although you don t feel it, eat.

Btw Muscle s are heavier then fat !
So losing fat by making it into muscle. Would you the gain weight,
while looking leaner ?

And then there is the 80 % full rule, that s good for about everyone.

Methamphetamine makes a 40 pound difference for me.

Not On Meth: 260 lbs.

On Meth: 220 lbs.

anyone heard of the drug diazoxide?
It works by activating potassium channels in the pancreas, signalling insulin releasing cells to rest thus inhibiting release of insulin into the bloodstream. it basically has the opposite effect to a class of anti-diabetic drugs called sulfonylureas.
Diazoxide has been used for decades to successfully treat low blood sugar in congenital hyperinsulinaemia especially in babies.
I believe some studies have found diazoxide, especially at high doses, facilitates fat loss and improves the effectiveness of exercise and healthy eating in obese individuals.
(Trigger warning, dark humor)

Not a drug per se, but when I was drinking green tea, about a gallon a day, my BMI (I was fit, no eating disorders) was 19 while running 40 miles a week. Before the green tea, my BMI was 22 for years, but the tea apparently caused some weight loss. I don't think any drug (I'm a dietitian) is good or safe for weight loss, with the exception of VERY overweight people who benefit from GLP-1 agonists like Ozempic. If you're morbidly obese, Ozempic is probably gonna do more good than possible harm. I HIGHLY discourage the use of GLP-1 agonists to lose 40 or 50 pounds; that can be done with the elliptical trainer, and eating a low fat (10% calories from fat) unprocessed plant based diet, with lots of vegetables and fruit.

THAT SAID.....my sister *may she RIP* had great success going from 440 pounds to 110 pounds by developing a cocaine addiction. But hey....at least she didn't need a big casket. Similar story with my alcoholic neighbor. She was "was" an alcoh-vore, probably getting 90% of her calories from vodka. She died very slim, too. 44 y.o....5'6" and about 80 pounds.

I guess my point is, weight loss drugs have proven themselves to ne harmful, time and time again. Ozempic is probably the best bet if you're very overweight.

Many fantastic points here. I really appreciate your warnings against GLP1 agonists, I like to call them and naltrexone of dieting. The proponents will tell you about strong appetite suppressant as drugs with great as us eyas, but they forget to mention that such drugs might actually work by taking the pleasure out of food and out of most other life activities as well. that’s why so few people? can actually stay on the drugs for beyond two years despite amazing weight loss results.

I’m also happy that you mentioned the low-fat diet. Everyone seems to think low-fat diets are some sort of government conspiracy and that carbohydrates are the enemy. But in my own experience, I never gained weight when eating a very high carbohydrate diet but always gain too much fat when I included oils or butter in my diet.
The reason I mentioned diazoxide is that it Might be useful to treat Low blood sugar during calorie restriction in obese individuals with high insulin levels.

Very sorry to hear about your sister and your neighbour, may they rest in peace.

Ok it's been six months since starting with Orlistat and I have already received my last script. I have 3 scripts that I have not opened yet.

Orlistat helped me to lose 18kg of body weight in 6 months (98kg to 80kg).

Also coupled to that I used some ephedra tea but any stimulant you can get your hands on should work.

When people treat you like a dishrag for decades, you start not giving a shit about anything, including tasty foods.

Hey guys, in your personal opinion. What drug, wether legal or not, or wether marketed for weight loss or not, made you loose weight the most.

Thanks!

Amphetamine Sulphate.
I went from 134lbs to 91lbs in like 12 weeks.
I did also become fully psychotic, though.

Shot/snorted an indeterminate amount of amphetamine sulphate and lost 10kg in a weekend once. Half of that was defo water weight and most of the other half was probably muscle tissue but beggars can't be choosers

cold turkey benzo withdrawal. And I wasn't even a particularly bad case. When I was in the hospital after my OD and coma my weight dropped down to 115. Benzo withdrawal brought me down closer to 110. I'm doing a diazepam taper now (albeit realllllly slow my dr seems to be quite hesistant to drop my dose by more than 1mg at a time. So I'm actually taking less than prescribed a lot of the time). Well anyway, now my weight is more in my healthy/normal range of 135. It was also the worst of my xanax addiction where I was the fattest, going up to 150. Which is insane for me, since all my life since I was like like 14, I've always been ~130, only time I passed 140 was the rebound after the coma. Just a few other exceptions. Even when doing meth I didn't lose much weight.

Benzo wd is a special hell. I hear people frequently compare it to opiate wd and say it’s worse. Apples and oranges. Both are horrible in different ways.

Lost a ton of weight when I was on Vyvanse for ADHD. Keep in mind I was also anorexic though so idk. It made it a hell of a lot easier cause it eliminates my hunger cues and makes all food look like unappetizing cardboard, but also keep in mind losing weight this way ended up with me in a borderline psychotic rage and I almost beat the shit out of a old friend gone sour I ran into at Culver's.
So in general just don't, it'll make you frail and hangry

Yeah, you don't want to lose weight by starvation!
I don't really try to diet, but every once in awhile I decide I want to lose a few pounds. I notice that low dose ( 1 g or so) kratom is kind of stimulating for me and also reduces my appetite a bit in a mild way

OMG yeah. I had that like a month ago and lost 7lbs. Sucked ass tho, had flu A at the same time and ended up in the er 😑
(Nothing deadly just needed nausea IV cause zofran wasn't working)

I lost 10 pounds overnight that last time I was prescribed amoxicillin/clavulanate. (Of course it was all from my intestines)

If you do keto, HIIT cardio and intermittent fasting your good to go.

Add in 3 doses of ephedrine/caffeine/nicotine per day and your even more golden.

Add in 50mcg of t3(thyroid hormone) and your even goldener

400mg test per week and your the goldenest

I've never needed to lose weight because I've always been thin; too thin for 6"1 at least. Had even been 115 pounds at one point which was bad...

For me it was kratom. I'd get the idea that I had to take it without food, and I mean, you kind of do depending on who you are. But that's how it was for me, so I would skip breakfast every day, or I'd just barely eat so that I could have my doses work, usually barely eating my dinner or having almost nothing for lunch. I'd gone from a record 155ish pounds to 130 after just 2 months of using kratom like this. I know the brief period I was on Adderall my appetite would also completely vanish, even rivaling LSD.

You put food in front of me on LSD no matter how good it is and I just don't know what I'm looking at, nor is hunger ever even close to a feeling I have whether it's that, Adderall or MDMA. But uppers it's only natural, everyone knows that.
