What drug gave you the best weight loss results

I know they don't... but if you do it would be harsh.
They can be indeed, but most people dont (%wise). The more common ones are very easy to manage. For constipation just take magnesium citrate.

I was also very worried about that as I have IBS, so I started on lowest weekly dose split to twice weekly. And I increase dose allot slower and in smaller steps than the official guidelines. So as a test, I would subQ 0.125 mg. If side effects appear they subside within a couple days anyway. So doesn't "cost" much to find out.

Even on Ozempic pens I have to split the dose as it doesn't suppress my appetite for more than a couple days anyway. You will find allot of people com[plain that they get very hungry towards the next weekly dose.

My biggest challenge was getting enough protein, but solved that with whey isolate.

Methyphenidate, amp sulfate, Ephedrin as I recall when I had them, as I had one bottle 50mg x20 or x30, tried ECA stack it was very smelly or fat burning.

maybe Adipex( phentermine)....

Keto with intermittant fasting..

Keto diet or as i recall when blood or when I did i started like fat, protein, carb.free or max 50mg, after like 72hrs awaken by energy surge and a lot of sweat.

I kicked bupe at the time as I thought that it will lessen the withdrawals cause my friend who's my neighbour actually told me long ago and which it did and ketosis(but not ketoacidosis) is a probably very safe transition or: fat and proteins kept me a bit stronger in general so Paws and that I think helped a lot..

Carbs are for cannabis

I would stick with the Semaglutide, little side effects and no rebound weight gain. 30+ years ago all we had was E and a good night :headphones:

Buprenorphine, it suppress appetite and gives so much energy to excercise. Same as pregabalin.
Sativa weed, gives mental energy and motivates to eat More healthy and also gives energy to excercise.

I said meth and i stand by it but recently I have been using modanafil and I can't eat on it either. And it is a a much safer option.

I can eat on other stimulants. meth and modanafil no.

Never had modanifil, but dextroamphetamine and methamphetamine both don't supress my appetite at all. I've steadily gained weight while using meth daily

Adderall (75% dextroamph/25%levoamph) kills my appetite, even when I force myself to eat its like I'm discussed by food

Im told by many im anorexic but i do disagree with them, i just only eat when im hungry and sometimes thats just a small 'meal' a day, im not bulemic or foecing myself but when i was using meth, a-pcyp, 3f-pihp, and smoking like a chimney i lost so much weight because i was just never hungry and constantly missing sleep, riding bike, fucking, and dancing

I have two friends on semaglutide right now and they're shedding pounds like crazy, but the side effects sound difficult... like explosive diarrhea and nausea. I wouldn't be able to deal with either of those.

Yes, actually GLP1 agonist including semaglutide work brilliantly for weight loss in most people, but as you rightly said, the side-effects are horrendous.
The physical ones are bad enough, but there’s also a lot of psychiatric side-effects including severe anxiety, depression and insomnia.
GLP1 agonists don’t just directly suppress innate appetite, they actually suppress the dopamine system in general. this means they take away the desire/strong urge for. highly palatable foods, but they can also do the same to socialising, alcohol, impulsive shopping and anything else people find fun.
It may be for this specific reason, that people rarely ever stay on these medications beyond two years. they might not admit it, it might even be subconscious and they don’t know it, but life without desires and impulsive wanting mediated by dopamine quickly becomes boring and oppressive.

I actually made a thread about this but got very few responses. it is recombinant human growth hormone. Heard great things about it, but I wouldn’t recommend it as the mitogenic effects can lead to bone overgrowth and deformation.
Some companies have been producing HGH peptide fragments which lack The bone mitogenic effects, but they’ve also stupidly taken out the anti-insulin component of full length HGH and they boast about it. what most customers don’t know is that insulin antagonism is actually an important component of HGH induced fat loss.

Probably sounds pathetic, but I find caffeine works really well for me. It doesn’t suppress my appetite at all, but it does make it easier to exercise and go without food for much longer. I can drop body fat very quickly using sugar-free energy drinks and more recently strong coffee as a breakfast replacement.

My piece of advice is cutting out added sugar and replacing it with vegetables, whilst not cutting out your normal meals even if they include a lot of carbs. I periodically do this to cut down excessive fat that often builds up on my belly or thighs. this works really well because the body isn’t going into starvation mode. Of course, the weight loss might not be dramatic at first, but it really starts speeding up by the second week, adding a bit of cardio and walking at every opportunity really goes a long way.
The thing is, I am naturally thin and was underweight for most of my life. however, there have been several periods in my life where I was at normal or even possibly slightly overweight, but the problem was I always built up tons of fat in the wrong places. this is definitely caused by excessive junk food which I always binge on without a care in the world.

I like to categorise fat loss drugs into different groups depending on their mechanisms.
Firstly, there are the appetite suppressants which reduce calorie intake, and these can be further categorised. for example, the now famous GLP1 agonists like semaglutide (Ozempic) and less commonly the opioid antagonist naltrexone. these can directly suppress hunger, but the main effect in my opinion is to suppress the rewarding aspects of food consumption. this is why they have quite a high success rate, but unfortunately the rewards suppression can extend to other fun activities making them unsustainable in the long-term.
Other appetite suppressants, predominantly stimulants like phentamine, amphetamines and nicotine can produce direct short-term appetite suppression just like GLP1 agonists. however, in terms of reward and the dopamine system, stimulant drugs increase it’s activity. this is interesting because in the long-term, the appetite suppression is lost so people still crave food but the extra dopamine released provides extra energy and satisfies rather than suppressing the overwhelming urges for food. I will also include the anticonvulsant topiramate here, although it is not particularly rewarding in itself, it does not interfere with normal reward function.
Finally, there are the lipolitic drugs, which many of the above mentioned stimulants also fall into but also includes selective adrenergic agonists like clembuterol. keep in mind that for these drugs to be truly effective, they need to be used during exercise otherwise the released fatty acids will be reabsorbed into the fat tissue and stored as fat.

METH! I'm a 5'4" female and I lost 15 pounds the first week using meth (mostly water weight) I was around 130 pounds before and I got down to 95 pounds in like 2 months. Not worth it though if you can't use it "responsibly". I just wanted to stay up for days and keep using. I ended up with drug-induced schizophrenia for a year though, still hearing and seeing shit even when I had months clean. I haven't used meth in 5 years and I still hear shit but now I know that it's not real. Hell of drug
