DAT (dopamine), NE (norepinephrine) and 5HT (serotonin) agonism, as you've pointed out, are where (meth)amphetamines effects are produced.

Recently, glutamate has been implicated as an important mediator of damage to brain DA systems produced by METH, but the mechanisms underlying the changes in glutamatergic activity that culminate in "excitotoxicity" and damage the nigrostriatal DA system have yet to be elucidated.

Amphetamine may effect Glutamate and GABA systems in the long run, but that does not make it an agonist for those receptors. To my understanding, amphetamine is a dopamine agonist. Glutamate and GABA are involved in a lot of brain processes, such as inducing long-term changes in brain plasticity. These are long term processes, however, that are not effected directly by the amphetamine molecule itself. Changes in Glutamate/GABA transmission are essential to the addiction and brain changes that come from lengthy drug abuse, but this does not make amphetamine a direct agonist of those receptors. It effects them indirectly, or at least this is the impression that I get.
