THIS!! i always crave carbs or hot chips, and while these things still have a place in my heart, if you're smoking every day its good to have some healthy habits in place to keep ur diet in check. blueberries and pineapple are my go-to picks :>It's not usually your first choice, but eat fruit. Once you get it you'll be glad you did, it's delicious, satisfies the dry mouth, and you get less cravings later from the sugar crash. Apples and peanut butter is a go to for me.
