What Do You Guys Usually Satisfy Your Munchies With?

I like Fumunda cheese.

Definitely a joke. You could eat fruit out of my lady's virginia.

As far as Spinach or fruit or whatever... When you're in the kitchen, you're gonna want to grab the chips or cookies. But if you grab the fruit, you'll find it's just as good (better, actually) once your back on the couch. Then later, when you are full, you won't feel bloated and meh. Takes an instant of will power and then it really is good. Make believe you're a caveman or hunter gatherer.

I've gotten to the point where I don't buy the junk food anymore besides a rare occasion, most of my grocery shopping is fruit. Makes the choice way easier
 
^^ Fruit that is dialysis safe (apples, pears, mandarine oranges, backyard pears if the effing deer don’t get them).

For something that I have the ingredients on hand and *if* I’m not too hungry to make something _——-> Papri Chaat (google it, I think of it as Indian Nachos).

I haven't smoke in like a year, but tonight I drank alcohol and now I can't sleep because all I can think of is something to eat. Unfortunately I don't have any snacky stuff.
Tomorrow I'll buy merkén crackers, carrots, cucumber, goat cheese, olives, pickles, those fake crab sticks, and I guess some pepperoni, too.
Just in case...
 
i don't really get munchies from edibles, it's just part of my daily routine and i have a bowl of rice at night

Currently the concenus on this is dont smoke even moderately while using glp 1's, ozempic, tirzepatide, etc . Can more than likely smoke 5 inhales or less, eod, maybe daily, without much of an appetiate increase. Its up to you to test it out. Can smoke cdb cannabis 0.3 thc or less as, the thc is so low, that it doesnt cause an increased appetiate
 
Green apples and Reece's peanut butter cups or peanut m&ms
 
Lets suppose it's only meant as an afternoon snack, then i'll go for « Water Crackers » with a thin layer of peanut butter, just a total of 6 or 8. If this won't suffice then a sandwich with whole bread, preferably thick slices with wheat grains and sesame seeds plus milk.

Word, I'm eating granola rn.

My go to for munchies is cereal. Shredded wheat, this s'mores cereal, any cereal really lol, love all of it. Especially when all twacked out on meth, sugary breakfast cereal is a sure way to get at least calories, if not exactly nutrition.
