what do you find more recreational, soma or lyrica?

Before I gained a tolerance to it, Lyrica. I like Soma though also. I good starting dose of Lyrica for a beginner is 450mg. Believe me, I've talked to many people on this site through AIM who got messed up from it as we spoke on that dose. Eventually you will need a higher dose because tolerance increases quickly. Then you need doses around 1g.

BTW: It takes a little while for Lyrica to kick in, roughly 1-2 hours (dependent upon person) but the effects last a LONG time when abused, nearly a day and the peak lasts for a long while. Begins about 4 hours after taking it.
 
Soma all the way ,but only at night so I can pass out when I need to,,I eat 4 to 6 somas at a time..Lyrica never did shit to me,and I know a girl that gave me a bunch of free Lyrica Samples from the doctor she works for...I took up to 3500mg and never felt a "buzz" only a laid back feeling,which was equal to about 1/2 of a soma if even that..I wish Lyrica would get me buzzed at least..but I had boxes full of bottles of the stuff and no matter how much i took I never got a "buzz",maybe my body and Lyrica are not chemicaly compatable somehow,I dunno..
 
I've only been high on Lyrica twice and it's been a while so I can't really describe it well, but I do remember it being interesting and different than most drugs. Took about 800-900mg and really enjoyed it.

As far as Soma... It's fun n' all but I get too tired, and it's just like being drunk minus the full stomach.

Each is good in it's own way. Lyrica if I remember right was more stimulating, and Somas are definitely sedating, so I guess it just depends on what you're looking for.
 
I just mentioned this in another thread. Lyrica (at around 600 mgs which is supposed to be the maximum you should take in one day) gives me a feel of smoking some weed and taking a weak dose of LSD. I don't know how people get an opiate buzz from it. I guess everyone reacts in a different way to this drug.
 
Soma can hit you hard and make you stumble, but it doesnt seem to last long,plus one day 4 somas will hit you hard then the next day 4 Somas feel like nothing. Lyrica lasts long. Makes you feel talky and cheerful but you do have to increase the dose to get higher than before. Take some time off from Lyrica, dont do it daily unless Doc says. Both Soma and Lyrica go well with Narcotics also
 
Soma for my tastes. 1050 mg to 1400 mg with a 700 mg booster an hour later is perfect for me. Good times.
 
Soma's are just okay IMO and lyrica I didn't even know so many people had enjoyable experiences 'til I saw this thread. I might have to try it again. I must've not taken enough before. I noticed taking soma's my tolerance built up obscenely fast (like 2 days fast).
 
Damn............I gotta try this Lyrica stuff. I know when I take 2 Norcos & 1 Soma, I feel pretty damn good. How many Lyricas should I take with my Norcos?

Lyrica doesn't really increase the effects of opiates like Soma does. A good dose to start at would be 300-450mg if your attempting to get high without the opiates.
 
somas are a potentiator for opiate based pills u take them about a half an hour before you do ur pills trust me u will love it. as far as soma by itself. nah. but lyric 700mg - 2g yes im on it almost every day i find that i act drunk but i still retain much of my mental faculties that would not otherwise be there if i was actually drunk.
 
soma is a disgusting drug, i used to dabble with it hard when i was younger, popping up to 14 at a time, one morning i took 8 like i usually do, next thing i remember was in nurses office in school, and they said i had a seizure, other time was found on floor foaming at mouth, taken to hospital. soma hits hard and fast, and will cause tremors, can cause depression, worsenning of mood. it wass fun the first few times, but its too dirty and fucks you up too much. Lyrica is the way to go at a comfortable dose, its smoother then soma, DEF not as disorientating as soma, and safer. Soma thumbs down

I would say 150-450mg, and know that some people get real problems with their balance when on lyrica. lyrica tends to boost everything I take. I have two particular times when I stopped lyrica and it was hell. At first I didn’t even recognize it was coming from lyrica. But when I popped 300mg after taking handful of benzos to get some sleep and the whole world turned around. I mean that after heavy consumption of lyrica my benzos or opioids didn’t work at all without it. Here they took Soma off the market years ago:!
 
Not really sure why this thread was brought back from the dead, am going to close it now though as it is a long thread that is based on opinions. Not really suitable for the new BDD.
