I play online blackjack every month for a few days and in between time I sell parts for (mainly) classic cars that I can source through trade contacts from a job I had about six years ago.
It's terribly boring, which is where the risk lies as it's easy to go up 100% on your initial float and then reason "Oh well, this money isn't real yet so I might as well put it all on the next hand" and throw your carefully formulated strategy out the window.
My float is minimum of $1000, so you can see where things might go wrong fast.
I pull big GBP most every month, with the exception of February when I was drunk, high and sleep deprived and I lost 10k.
However, I spend wildly and have no appreciative improvement in quality of life from when I was barely getting 800 per month a few years ago.
I'm studying from home also, and plan to begin working as a teacher next year.
