Baked rosemary lemon pepper chicken tittties
brown rice
sautéed vidalia onion, green/red pepper
shredded mozzarella cheese


was kind of good
fucked up the seasoning a bit though :\
 
milk, blueberry, strawberry, wheat germ, lecithin, brewers yeast, peanut butter, protein powder, and honey smoothie
 
spinach pie with organic home grown spinach, and home 'made' eggs + potato in their jackets.
 
I like your diet, Maya. Oatmeal is a staple for me too, I add in some wheat bran for fibre and, because I have a sweet tooth, gob a bunch of PB&J on top :p I'm eating a big fat chicken breast now before it goes bad, sprinkled with lots of fresh cayenne mmmm

I think we might have the same type of diet =D I am a big fan of chicken too and I don't think my day would be complete without chicken or fish or both ;)

Yes, it's a good diet :)

Breakfast for me was oatmeal as usual, lunch was smoked deli turkey, avocado and emmental cheese on toasted rye with sweet poppyseed sauce.
 
For a change and since it's a weekend, ate toasts eggs and cheese
