Had yellow fin tuna caught by my dads co worker he caught on a trip out to ocean city. Must have been really far out in the water bc the fish weighed well over 100 some lbs. So there was so much the was just giving it away to everyone and the quality was amazing. Too bad my parents dont like sushi bc it would have made awesome sashimi. Ended up having it done with a light marinade of evoo lemon and a basic seasoning of salt and pepper. Grilled it with some sweet potatos and a salad and some tzaki kind of sauce on the side. Amazing dinner. There was so much tuna there is enough left to cook another dinner tonight.
