You ever tried humus on a piece of fire roasted bread? It has to be some good thick bread. That toasted/burnt flavor with humus is soo good. We do this camping but could do it at home also.
 
You really like oatmeal! I can't have that in summertime. Give me some cold melon and cereal.
 
That sounds heathy and scary at the same time. Powdered spinach and oil? How do you put that together? I could see blending it and throw a plum tomato in then put on some bread. Then you have protein brucietta.
 
sweet potato - steamed
asparagus - steamed
salad - baby greens with bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, avocado, feta, some other stuff i dunno.
steak tips - marinated & grilled

+ ice water
 
My morning slurry!
It's 3/4 cup rolled oats, 3 tbsp oat bran , 1 tbsp LSA powder , 1tbsp whole linseeds, 1 tbsp chopped cashews , 1tbsp chopped almonds, 2 tbsp goji berries , half a cup of sunflower seeds, 3 tbsp dried coconut, 1 diced banana and kiwifruit, half a grated apple , grated carrot , 1 tbsp soy lecithin , 3 tablespoons pea protein powder, Organic A2 milk , organic greek yogurt. topped with molasses.
