Diet What did YOU last eat? Version 5

A full plate of pan fried chicken breast, courgettes, peppers, and wholemeal rice with tikka sauce. The post workout meal. What would we do without those delicious little birdies? :D
 
No red meat for a while -- instead, grilled fish, lots of grains, nuts and a great Caesar salad with an icy coke.

^I really like to slice some small pieces of avocados in my salad.

Green lasagna. Still hot!
 
Woke up and ate 9 eggs with a half a cup of 4 blend cheese. 30 minutes later I ate a cup of whole oats w/ a half a cup of milk, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and cinammon. Macro count roughly P-85 C-60 F15 (715 calories..?)

Then I just got back from eating at steak n' shake. A triple steakburger w/ fries and I ate smashed 2 birthday cake milkshakes as well as half of my room mate's milk shake, half of his double steakburger, and my friend's fries.

Kind of a less desirable attempt at overfeeding from the lack of multiple meals, but I'm currently cooking a 2lb pizza I bought from the local mart and definitely feel that this would adequately contribute to a satisfying caloric intake and leptin response.

Spinach salad with cherry tomatoes and Caesar dressing. First salad in way too long. I gotta start eating healthy again.

^^ Nice, two boots is AMAZING. Used to go there with my BFF all the time and split a pizza and pitcher of brooklyn IPA :D

i'm eating rice and beans with sauteed bok choy and tuna salad
 
ITT: reminders that all I've had today by the way of calories has been from alcohol
