Woke up and ate 9 eggs with a half a cup of 4 blend cheese. 30 minutes later I ate a cup of whole oats w/ a half a cup of milk, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and cinammon. Macro count roughly P-85 C-60 F15 (715 calories..?)
Then I just got back from eating at steak n' shake. A triple steakburger w/ fries and I ate smashed 2 birthday cake milkshakes as well as half of my room mate's milk shake, half of his double steakburger, and my friend's fries.
Kind of a less desirable attempt at overfeeding from the lack of multiple meals, but I'm currently cooking a 2lb pizza I bought from the local mart and definitely feel that this would adequately contribute to a satisfying caloric intake and leptin response.
