Just had rice, potatoes and a tin of mackerel. I will be having a spring roll with hot chilli sauce, followed by full fat organic yoghurt and forrest berries.
I like both peanut butter and rice crackers, the former I consume everyday.
I have only tried both together once and I could not swallow it as it was too god damn dry!
Anyways, my last meal was oatmeal with ginger, cinnamon, banana, pea protein (80%) and almond butter.
