I just ate a ton of food and don't feel guilty about it at all

I did just work out, had a really shitty last couple days emotionally/mentally, and this morning someone I hadn't seen in awhile told me that "it was obvious I've lost a ton of weight" (which I don't believe I have, but I have no clue cuz I don't weigh myself anymore)
So I just got home from a long walk and ate:
- organic whole grain wrap w/ swiss chard sauteed in olive oil, fresh cilantro leaves, 1/2 avocado
- 24oz can coconut water w/ pulp
- organic lowfat peach yogurt w/ 6-7 organic strawberries sliced on top
Then i went back for dessert #2, cuz ive been craving chocolate like NO OTHER lately. its all i want to eat.
- 6 squares of organic dark chocolate bar from trader joes with a handful of roasted, salted cashews
- big glass of water to wash it all down + a B complex supplement
I think it's safe to say I overindulged

I am very full right now, but feeling nice and nourished. My body needed nutrients. I got drunk and overemotional last night and did not sleep well.
