Diet What did YOU last eat? Version 5

Apple, almonds, cheese, whole wheat crackers and yogurt.
 
In the morning going to work I can;t eat at home, its just too early.. so I eat at work, very sticky porridge.. thick and clumpy, but a lack of better :(
 
Palm oil, salt, sugar, freeze dried shrimp, chili powder, monosodium glutamate, spices, fish sauce, shrimp powder, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, cellulose gum, disodium 5' ribonucleotides, water, soy sauce and artificial lemon flavor

Hald a left over pepperoni pizza, which I put some chopped jalepenos on. dipping the crusts into some extra hot chilli sauce.
