well it's summer so it's time for taking it easy, but considering I have had 4 days off recovering from the past 3 weeks, and it's been shite weather I thought I would give it some mo' today -
isometrics
isotonics
50 squats
50 calf raises
50 shrugs
150 dips
about to do at least half an hours yoga if it doesn't rain, maybe do some pressups if I still got some energy.
shirtless running has its pros and cons. I had the wonderful experience of being heckled and also objectified multiple times while running on a busy stretch of road this evening. haha
I started out with the dog for a 4 mile hike early this am and got creeped out by this dude behind me. Turned around after .2 miles. I was on a trail where it was isolated and I have seen him around. He looks like he lives out of his backpack and I wanted to keep my face. So I came home and went back to bed. Tommorow is another day.
