boot camp: arms (triceps/chest)

Holy SHIT! For the first time ever, my arms are starting to look CUT. They still need work, but I am really starting to see definition. Boot camp is the shit. The first time anything has ever worked for me except starvation. LOL I figure in 6 months my arms are gonna be cut as hell.

^Woo, sounds promising! :)

We went for a run this morning, and I learnt an important lesson. Not to eat (porridge) directly before. I almost bought it all back up. :(

did a light 10 minute workout this morning. gonna start doing morning PT 6 days a week, and then an evening session as well, to negate my sit on my ass office job.

hour or so of walking, half of that with a full backpack. I like walking/hiking with a heavy load. builds ze endurance.

starting to get used to the 1K elevation

After taking down the tent and packing up, we went cliff diving and had a decent swim before beginning the 4 mile uphill hike back to the car.

3.2 trail run working on MAINTAINING speed
My next race is 5K in August. It is the flattest (easiest) so I would like to run it in 18-20 minutes.
My current running speed is 9 min/mile but that is on harder terrain and 10K.

you run a 6 min mile for 3 miles on dirt and rocks and get back to me on how easy it is
I appreciate your confidence in me.

^ nono, I meant for your upcoming 5k, the one that's going to be flat.

Unless you're still doing a trail run, but it's the flattest one you've done yet.

The upcoming is trail. I don't care for running on pavement. Although I can run 6 miles on pavement in 30-35 mins
