I am 39. Def running it next year. There is a series of races. Next one in May.
Although the location is 45 minutes away I should go so I can meet people to run with which was one of my goals.
Time to meet new people!

6.6 mile hike with friends and dogs this morning. I am sore in all the right places from yesterday.

There is something about exercise, it gives you such a great feeling.

Pulled off 40 bench dips with my legs on a chair, wearing a kevlar vest.
should put some chainmail strips in it to weigh it down some more and drop the reps and start again.

45 minute weight training (back and bicep) LIGHT day....thank you:) In fact...i should probably take a break....i think i'm getting addicted to working out...

5 Km Bike ride... hilly area, the downs are fun but the ups are leg smashers.
feel lazy i didnt do my norms but ive smashed my arms pretty good in tha last few esp yesterday.

Busty is so smart!!! We just ran around the local park - it's infinitely easier for me to push myself when we're using a ball (soccer, rugby, AFL or otherwise). I zone out and only concentrate on the ball and passing and hardly notice how far I've run! :)

^^ That is a really good tip actually! Good thinking Busty ;)

I came first out of 15 in women age 35-39 and 90th out of 185 runners.
I am pleased with that first try.
PI that is AWESOME for your first event!! :D Good work love <3

Had another personal training session today. Lately I've been working out pretty hard, and consistently. So instead of my trainer kicking my arse, I absolutely smashed the session she had planned for me :D She was well impressed :)

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
250m row
25 push-ups

came up at an even 12 again. don't think i'll hit 13 any time soon.

back, bi's, lats and stomach. had a bit of a run tonight too (first time in months).

I am finally starting a new health kick- I'm getting back into the gym (Two months and counting) / cutting down on the junk food (drugs n booze) and actually taking time out to look after myself.

Feeling really good this week (first time in ages).

All I've done this week was walk around out of boredom.
I live in London, so we've got free travel up to the age of 18 on buses. Recently I've been taking any random bus to get as far away from college and home as possible and just go on walks wherever I feel like going. It's probably the most fun I've had since last year. :p

I'm really trying to get myself in order & sleep more and eat more food. Honestly I'm borderline anorexic and I feel lethargic as fuck.
