yeah, i'm just anxious enough that if I can avoid ever being on a bus again for the rest of my life I will do just that. my hope is to acquire a bike soon as that would be good for someone like me.
 
I especially want a bicycle just so I can start a new hobby. I've been bored lately and my friends have been busy a lot after graduating college so I spend a lot more time alone currently which is perfectly fine with me.

Plus it's that time of year where it's always gorgeous where i'm from so now's the time to ride, thats fo sho
 
Lazy day.... 100 metre sprint (downhill)
100 metre jog (uphill):p
40 x 10 diamond pressups
60 x 10 normal pushups
2 sets of 20x lifting pot.
Gotta trip outta town today, so i may add some more in the arvo. Isometrics also while il be sitting around waiting today.
 
kung fu seminar focusing on grappling and submission holds via the southern praying mantis grappling system. my forearms are in dire need of garlic poultices and dragons blood, as ive been put in about 2,000 wrist-locks this weekend ><

alas ill settle for turmeric and ginger tinctures for my anti inflammatory needs
 
finally recovering from a chest cold that kept me fairly inactive for the last week.

10 x r-hand overhead tricep extension
10 x l-hand overhead tricep extension

5 x bus-driver
"21" curl or slow/explosive curl

drop-set on tricep extension machine

3 supersets:
7 x pull-up
7 x r-hand dumb-bell snatch squat
7 x 24" unstable box jump
7 x l-hand dumb-bell snatch squat
7 x 24" unstable box jump

2 hour hill hike near my house. it doesnt matter how many times I hike through redwoods, their beauty never fails to leave me speechless.
 
Just a bike ride today, maybe a mile. Am a bit banged up couple of days b4 i will be able to work arms:(
No excuse not to ride for legs and cardio though....Just kinda wish i had an exersise bike atm instead of a real one although i know tha real ones better for me.
 
Yesterday:

8 x 200m sprints
3 x 15 burpees, pushups and crunches
