fuck it yeah, after reading about the chippy dinners im intrigued by a nice tastey small portion of chips n curry sauce, infact thats gonna be my next endeavor. been eating so much salad im gonna transform into a fucking rabbit at this rate

ahhhh, nothing like delayed gratification when you know its gonna be superb....
 
Absolutely! The curries I cook tend to spend a long time on the hob on a low low heat (being brought up to the boil a few times then taken back down) with a few important things going in in the last five minutes (eg coriander and lemon juice). They totally change the taste but have to be added late, so for a long time I'm second guessing the balance of everything else... imagining how it'll all change when the last stuff goes in, resisting adding things which might spoil the eventual outcome. I go a bit nuts and hunch over the hob and won't let anyone near, like a mama bear guarding cubs. Food makes me talk some bollocks.

Been so long since I did some proper cooking, I love it. Shame my greedy sister wanted seconds of the chicken, none of that for me tomorrow. But I have a cracking chickpea and mustard seed curry to guzzle over the weekend, normally I add tomatoes but after today never again, they've been making it too acidic and I didn't realise cos I hadn't tried it without.

I'm so full, so sated. What I would really like is a spliff but I don't know if I can even be bothered to get up and locate my magic jam jar. I think I can actually.

Looks like a nice healthy start to the day.

I'm just about to cook up a massive fry up (it's mostly grilled actually). Bacon, cumberland sausage, black pudding, beans, tomatoes, butter fried eggs and toast. Medicine on a slightly rough Saturday morning.

I'll wash it down with a cafetiere of co-op Ethiopian fair trade. It's the best coffee I've ever had, just delicious.
 
Dan your diet is remnding me of what my gran would serve, unchopped lumps of veg, and items that just dont gel together, no flow in the meal but mate, you are the jamie oliver of EADD, i think there needs to be some photoshop action lol
 
got in from work and immediately halved two avocados, squeezed a load of lemon juice on them, big sprinkle of sugar...fuckin lovely.... my new favourite snack, got the quantitiyes and ratios of lemon and sugar right now too, well, right for my tastes anyway :D

another 2 avocados with lemon and sugar, they just get better and better every time <3 badandwicked this is the best NEW food experience I've had for years, a proper epiphany over here.
