I've lost 8 pounds, 5 of those fell off the first week I decided to try and lose it (well within 3/4 days actually). In that first week I was having a home made fruit and veg drink (carrot, apple and lime) for breakfast, home made soup for lunch then a main meal at night. Then I fell into a bad sleeping pattern and didn't get up until 2/3pm so I cut out breakfast and lunch and was just having the main meal (and a snack later at 2/3am if hungry) and lost another 3 pounds within a week. Since then my sleeping has continue to be fucked so I'm still not eating breakfast and lunch and having the main meal at night (including pizza, kebabs and indian feasts) but also have been eating crisps, biscuits, other junk and drinking fizzy juice every day without putting it back on. Most days I'm not eating too much compared to what I would if I was up at 8am and forcing myself to eat breakfast, when I do that I'm munching every hour of the day, constantly feel hungry.
I prefer just having the one main meal tbh, I'm not hungry when I wake up anyway for a couple hours and then it's dinner time almost anyway so why force it? I think next week I'll try and cut out the junk and fizzy drinks, don't want to lose any more weight but not good eating this shite either.
