Just had a lovely mince and tatties followed by fruit salad in creme fresh. Still hungry so going to investigate the fridge. I can see me eating alot tonight if I'm staying in.
 
I'm cooking up a couple of "angus" steak burgers. Emmental, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, french mustard, chilli relish. Onions and mushrooms cooked in avocado oil. French fries. Washed down with some Brew Dog IPA (fucking tasty and strong!) Thank you! <3

EDIT My eyes are bigger than my stomach. Half way through burger two and I'm wiped out! Full as fuck.

I started my day by drinking cider. Followed it up with a ham sandwich and a packet of wotsits and that's all I've had today. The shitty Strongbow has put me off eating tbh. Even though I've eaten junk food all week I've lost a bit more weight which I didn't want. There's beef curry in the fridge and shepards pie which I'll tuck into soon, tasted the mince yesterday and it was so rich and tasty it was unreal. Had tomato, fancy beef stock, bovril, worcester sauce and red wine in it, delicious!
 
A bowl of home made soup, vegetable with some little cubes of smokey bacon in, they were a bit too chewy though. Might have a cheese sandwich in a minute.
 
Lemon curd on crispbakes, jam on crispbakes, and various other yummy sugary crap
 
Smoked pork / gammon with mash potato, roast potato and green beans it was superb. Really tender, smokey and salty.
 
^ I think that is my favourite dinner of all time. With mustard and parsley sauce. My mum boils it to get the salt out then roasts it with cloves stuck in it and a brown sugar/mustard/honey crust. I should find out how she does it incase she drops dead. (jks ma jks)

And the gammon tastes even better the next day.

mmmmmmmm, and the boiling stock for pea and ham soup :D
 
Having a toastie with cheddar cheese, red pesto and jalapeños. Think the bread might have been slightly off though, it had a lot of white stuff on the crusts couldn't figure out it was flour but didn't look like particularly floury bread and smelt kinda strange. Fuck it, tasted alright.
 
Had salad with tinned mackerel fillets in mustard sauce, and a pile of Doritos. Cheap, tasty and healthy, getting my Omega-3 in.
