had a whopper of a salad for my brekkie today.home cooked ham-cherry tomatoes-red onion-yellow pepper-boiled egg-carrot-apple-grapes-gherkins-sweet corn-2 different cheeses-lettuce.

tonite did spanish style chicken and tomorrow going to try Hopping John = smoked bacon and black eye beans
