Menu planning takes effort and time and I can't be fucked mid week to do cooking or planning after work. So I end up taking whatever is available or going to work with nothing and buying food which means I usually end up eating junk. I eat soup still fairly regular if I've made some on a sunday or my old dear knocks some up mid week but it rarely lasts all week and come Thursday / Friday I usually resort to eating shite again. Seems no matter what I have or how much food I've with me I still can't resist fizzy drinks or crisps and chocolate.
