Been relatively healthy for the past 10 days, even opted for a salad this morning instead of a breakfast roll when starving, but that's all about to end as a Burger King is on way. Having the new 'Hot Whopper' meal.
 
being a busy boy in the kitchen today.1st up did a spag ball - used mince beef and pork with onion yellow pepper garlic gratted carrot tin of tomatoes salt pepper and fresh basil.
got tomorrows dinner cooking now.chicken thighs in beer n stock.have some smoked bacon lardons-onion and celery with it.fresh thyme and mustard should add a bit of flavour.
 
A haiggis, neeps and tatties bridie. Was about 90% pastry and 10% the rest. Think I'll have a chilli flat bread packed with cold meat, smoked cheese, salad and jalapenos next. Loving the flat breads recently and they'd be great with some morrocan style lamb.
 
Toast with dairylea, fancy a pie from the butchers for lunch. Wonder if they have haggis pies.
 
just made scrambled egg on toast, has cured the hangover slightly, time to get some beer in i think
 
A pint of Irn Bru helped me get over my hangover, don't even know why I had one seeing as I only had 4 drinks last night but felt rough and anxious as fuck earlier.
 
Just about to make an omlette with Courgette ,Potatoes and a fancy Mushroom that cost me £1;30 from the farmers market. This may sound alot 4 a mushroom but its worth it they are the Huge Portabello ones. If u like Mushrooms these are the daddy.
 
Just had beef kebabs, chicken and veggie kebabs, rice, pittas, some morrocan style sauces and salad.
 
being non stop in the kitchen today.1st up was a nice fry with toast n tea.after that made a nice big pot of roasted red pepper and red onion soup.that should do me for lunch next few days.

next up did some chicken tika for tomorrows dinner,left it in the fridge to marinate overnight.

for todays dinner did some patatas bravas and titaina.
 
Always cooking bogman eh. Just chucked all the leftover veg into a pot with some stock, herbs and chilli flakes and made a tasty veggie soup. Not sure what's for dinner I'll keep the soup for lunch next couple days.
