I'm eating a bowl of Coco pops with full fat milk, and watching telly.
 
Going to make thai green curry tonight with some prawns and fried mackerel fillits for dinner methinks.

BBQ rib flavoured crackers, basically like prawn crackers but rib flavoured.
 
Had a lovely goan salmon curry for dinner, but once again proved to myself that you can have too much of a good thing *sick*
 
It's been an unhealthy few days like, breakfast rolls, pies, maccy dees, chinese takeaways (not to mention copius amounts of booze). Today was no different, had this horrible beer n burger deal at the pub which was horrific, the burger wasn't that bad (bit burnt) but the chips seemed to be fried in stale dog pish or something equally as disgusting, never have I tasted something so bad. It's unusual for me to be starving hungry and not eat something regardless of how bad it tastes but the chips were fucking vile and after a couple I just couldn't eat them. Had a kebab befor I got on the bus too, why I bothered abusing myself like that I don't know. This has been my most unhealthy week for as long as I can remember and I blame it on a stressful week at work, seems to make me want to abuse myself. :\
 
The new chicken, onion and bacon burger at Maccy Dee's is alright like. Need to avoid that place though. Have made some sweetcorn & chilli soup which I had a bowl of earlier, some left for lunch next couple days. Seeing as I'm on a health kick as of tomorrow might pig out and have a chinese or chippy tonight. :D
 
The best stuff from Maccy D's is the chicken salad thing off the deli menu. Either that or one of those wraps. I'm not really a big fan of their roles but sometime have a chicken legend aswell.

LOL @ the chips fried in stale dog pish, you reckon you'd have eaten them had the dogs pish they were cooked in not been so stale? =D

Go on the health kick as of now by the way, saying you will do something tomorrow is the classic procrastinators way out! ;)
 
just made a pot of Chorizo-Chickpea and lentil soup.that should do me for the next 3 or 4 lunchs in work.have also made up a nice salad.

today for dinner had a roast chicken with mash potatoes-carrots and mushy peas.from the left over chicken im going to make a chicken,leek and tarragon pie for mondays dinner.
 
Sounds like a nice healthy diet you have. I've been on a strict regime of porridge and a boiled egg for breakfast, chicken/prawn salad samwich for lunch. Dinner I just have whatever I want but usually healthy stuff. Had a gorgeous mushroom risotto for dinner tonight.

Debating some cottage cheese on toast at the mo.
 
ye 95% of the time i eat healty or home cooked food.plenty of fruit n veg etc.cut down on salt and caffine.in the morning its warm water with honey-lemon and ginger.
its a salad for breckfast in work then home made soup for lunch.9 out of 10 dinners would be cooked from fresh with the other being a take away or a frozen pizza etc.

im lucky that i like to cook and eat almost everything.im on a Spanish buzz atm and tried out about 10 dishes in the last 2 weeks.will track down the recipe thread tomorrow and post a few i have made.
 
Good effort. I like to have a lemon and ginger tea before bedtime. Fresh orange in the morning with porridge. Then egg about 10am.

With healthy food you feel much more energetic than if you eat frozen food/take aways etc. I do notice after doing any stims the dopamine rebound makes me want to eat greasy unhealthy stuff though. Pills it's more a case of soup til dinner time when I can eat again.

It has to start tomorrow because we had a massive chinese feast for tea, I had decided I wasn't gonna buy one then someone brings one in anyway. There were 3 bowls of different soup (chicken sweetcorn n noodles, wanton and chinese veg), a load of spring rolls, portion of huge BBQ spare ribs, then a main meal each which I had mongolian beef + rice and prawn crackers too. Got fruit, yoghurts and a smoothie tomorrow for breakfast, will have that or cereal all week (no breakfast rolls!), soup and a wholemeal roll for lunch then something fairly healthy and home cooked for tea, well left over chinese tomorrow probably but it's the thought that counts. ;)
 
Had some curry round at my brothers. Was nice, and also one was made with his hen's eggs so that was extra good.
