Yeah that was prawn mayo, lettuce, tomato, grated carrots, pepper, onion and grapes. Healthy. If I wan't to have a salad and a banana with my sausage roll I will, ok you poor excuse for a human being?

Yeah it was 2 sausages on a roll, the roll open and ketchup on one side. The salad was good aswell. Dan slagged off my salad yet all he put in his own was tomato and lettuce. I'd love to see him on 'Come Dine with Me' :D you'd get given a line of MXE, a glass of brocolli juice and desert in the coal bunker haha.

I has planned fish pie - cod, smoked haddock, prawns cheese sauce, carrot, turnip n tattie mash topping n' greens...but cannot be arsed.

i've got a herb crusted roast chicken finishing off, cooked it very very slow in a chicken brick and just taken lid off for 15 mins in 240C fan oven to crisp the crust..

roast tattys, parsnips and leeks, some spinach and carrots too.

thinking about blending some picallili, beetroot, hardboiled egg and sardine instead of a bog-standard gravy for a change... :D
