Bowl o' beef 'n' veg Madras with an onion bhaji. Made a massive pot o' curry t'other night and is still going strong. Having to eat for lunch as well as dins today due to vastyness of original pot. This is unfortunately the problem when it comes to cooking for one with no freezer: you just end up eating the same thing for days on end. Was - and still is - a bloody good curry but the novelty is starting to wear off I must admit. Heyho. More of the same later... might go wild and have a garlic 'n coriander naan with me dinner serving to help differentiate between meals 8)
Next cookery sesh will involve minced pork cos I've got a pack in the freezer. Not sure what to do with it yet though. Is not summat I cook with often. Quite fancy summat vaguely chinesey... which will no doubt end up with me essentially making some kinda bolognese wiv rice or noodles and a jar of Sharwood's rather than Dolmio and spaghetti though 8)
