I don't think his sexual orientation should influence people's liking of him lol.

Furthermore, no one can drop a base like Skrillex. He has a way of turning noise into music.

Then again, I think buildup + drop is a realm that belongs to Infected Mushroom.

I like Skrillex. He makes me want to punch people in the face in fits of love.
 
Anyone who hates skrillex for the music he prduces clearly has bad tastes in music. His tunes are produced perfectly. His sounds are filthy and hard, his tracks are pieced together perfectly.
He is a music genius, sure his appearance is bunk but to say his music sucks is far from true.

Skrillex is definitely a good producer, no question, I just thought his live show was rather disappointing.
 
the only skrillex song i listen to is the new song korn did with him called get up. and thats just bc its a new korn song
 
Producer - produces fx & tracks
(dj) - mixes tracks producers produce
So artists are both, some just do one or the other.
People usally go see specific producers not for there mixing skills but to hear them drop there productions. It doesnt make much sense to knock a producer for his mixing skills or knock a dj for his production skills.
 
Im not saying his music is produced shitty or anything like that, but it all seems to sound the same.....ALL OF IT, sure there is slight differences but its usually the high pitched glitchy-ness with some random noises just thrown in there.
 
Imho, rare are the DJ's who can drop like Skrillex. Also, he's actually lead singer in a rock band (a band I do NOT enjoy). He's a rocker at heart, so the fact that he can pull off dubstep (if we can call it that. Whatever!) is pretty impressive.

To someone who's never listened to his songs, maybe they sound a little alike, but I can tell them all apart rather easily.

That being said, no one can ever beat Infected Mushroom :D. They're the fucken shit.
