Coltdan ...The whole point is the only reason black people starting calling each other the N word was because of deference

It was a way of saying, ok whitey you can call me that word if you want, but if we use it amongst ourselves all the power you think it holds over us doesnt become the case anymore

There is nothing in the clip that samhaingrim or whatever his name is nowadays that suggested the N word in that song wasnt offensive
I am not black but the "context" as you put it marmz was truly offensive within the scope of that song

I'd just calm the fuck down a bit and stop the OTT reaction. I highly doubt the word nigger is being used in the context you think it is, and there's context to do with the definition it held before it's colloquially used now.

I'm sure Myshkin can explain his perception of the context of the song when he gets here.
