What are you listening to? Part XXX - Sexxxy tunes for sexxxy folks

The first track from the first concert, sounding way better and more interesting and ballsy than I expected, plus decent vocals from Liam, also unexpected by me.

Not sure why I expected things to be crap, but it seems that is not the case. Strong opener at least, I will probably listen to / watch the rest when I get chance.

The Dog with her new collar & lead getting her walk takes the attitude of this song as she shows off her new items.

"Subir y dejarse caer
En los brazos de una dama
En los brazos de una dama
Y hasta quisiera llorar ay mamá
Me agarra la bruja ay
Me lleva a su casa
Me vuelve maceta
Y una calabaza
Me agarra la bruja ay
Me lleva al cerrito
Me vuelve maceta"

When you been smoking Salvia with a Mexican Witch, let this be a warning to you folks!!!!!

You a fan of Boris @Shambles
Sunn O))) & Boris IMHO are just crushing, alongside DopeThrone they manage to get such a crushing sound out the guitar.

And this too, if a song could wrap up a persons life it is this for me.
I bet the intro to this track was how you seduced @Sadie

@steewith2ees your essential mix post brought this epic essential mix to mind, now regarded as a legendary set and tbf it is a fantastic mix and wicked selection - am gonna get it on at some volume in a bit to help me with the couple hours housework I really must attend to

I know it's hardly JFK or the Twin Towers but I can remember exactly where I was when I heard this go out live for the first time, and was an epic night allround.

I love that song.
(Sorry for out of topic!).... but I am sure that you have seen the first El Mariachi,, not the Antonio Banderas' one. The original Mariachi was a fantastic film, ¡puro México crudo, cabrón!!😂.

There is another movie that I know that you will enjoy, it sometimes goes by the tittle of "El Narco" but most times is known as "El Infierno", it's a Luis Estrada film from 2010 and you will find it no problem. It willingly takes, sometimes, a "comedy" tone, but it shows you a daily life that is far from comic. Sweet and bitter movie; Estrada is a great&veteran filmaker.

Fucking hell, this is scary, and happening already! People are going to like this shit.

Apparently already the only way to really tell if music is real or AI generated, is by using AI tools, and separating out the individual components, and listening to each track separately - guitars, drums, bass, vocals etc.

The tracks for the guitars and keyboards were very weak, messy, and fading in and out in this example. But everything else sounded OK.

On listening myself, despite myself I quite liked the track, and thought it sounded pretty good. It had all of the guitar ingredients that I like. Apart from the vocals, which didnt quite seem real somehow, or maybe that was just my imagination. That thought might never have crossed my mind, if I hadn't known the track is supected to be an AI creation.

Beato raises the question as to whether AI music creators should get paid the same as real musicians and songwriters. Interesting question, and imho, as long as the music is clearly labelled as created by AI, which it absolutely should be legally enforced to be, the producer should be paid just as much as any other songwriter or musician would for their creation, and the amount of sales or listens it generates. Even though they dont have the talent or skills or years of hard work that proper songwriters and musicians have to go through, as Beato argues.
