The reason why people are dying of cancer nowadays is simply because they aren't dying from war, famine, childbirth (formerly the biggest single killer of humans, despite about three quarters of the population being immune), preventable diseases or industrial accidents.

You've got a point but there are definitely more environmental factors coming into play too for certain.

Saying there is a direct relationship between size and cancer frequency is bollocks. The largest Cetaceans almost never suffer from cancer IIRC, and for an example of a more high-strung creature than say, a blue whale, whilst they do suffer from tumours, some of them cancerous, sharks have a high resistance to developing cancer.

That aside, apologies to any and all affected if conversions of disallowed vidembeds to allowed linkies irritates but we've all been around long enough to know that embedded vidyo links are verboten in EADD outside of the Vidembed Hell Thread that can be found in the Index. That'd be the one that nobody uses cos it irritates everybody cos it takes half a bastard hour to load a page of embedded links. Really is there if folks want to use it though. I'll wait...
