Reminded me of another lost attic classic:-

Joey Beltram - Energy Flash

Always loved the way the sample gets played once at normal speed then once slightly slurred down, the orginal of Sweet Harmony used the same effect, proper messed with your head when under the influence;)

We could definitely share a decent evening listening to music ATM.

Slip inside this house as you pass by.

^^^

You think you can't, you wish you could
I know you can, I wish you would

Despite my other musical interests that track is probably my favorite of all time...... please never use the capitalised ATM for me ...I have my reasons :| . I'd change my user name TBH nut I've been suing that one for the best part of 10 years.

Where about you from anyways (PM if you wanna)

Another one for Brimz and all the old 'ardcore.

Baby D was often over looked because of the commercial success of "Let me be your fantasy" but they made some great tracks:-

Baby D Destiny

Euphoria - Baby D (Deliverance).

The deliverance album was over produced IMO but I still listen to it from time to time

Let me be your fantasy was re released it was being played out about 3 years before it was in the charts.
It was re released which kind of spoilt it , as can happen

Not to be under estimated, this is the demo of The Prodigy Charly ( i have a copy of th full tapes but they now see up on the tube anyhow)

The Prodigy - Charly [Original Mix]

Experience was a great album IMO and did bring the Hardcore sound to the mases but when you listen to the Liam demo tapes you really here the cutting edge sound of the underground.

I few years ago at a do in Brixton a DJ dropped Charly into a trance set out of nowhere and the place just exploded, I almost needed oxygen after that=D

so true Brimz, it was always the breakdown in the middle that really kicked the place and the bit they cut off for radio play (it start at about 4:13 in the below for those that aren't familiar)

Baby D-Let me be your Fantasy 1993

I saw a set a few year ago by DJ Sy and he kept on dropping that sample through the set, the 'ardcore were lovin his work =D

This was the band that got me into dance music, saw them live in about '90 before Will Sinnott got killed, they had more elecronics on stage than I had ever seen a band have and could only play 5 tracks, one of which was a cover of "slip inside this house" by the 13th Floor Elevators<3

the shamen synergy
